
Kelly L. Krespan, M.D. is a board certified, fellowship trained ophthalmologist practicing comprehensive ophthalmology. She joined Jahnle Eye Associates in 2019 and became a co-owner of the practice in 2024. She evaluates and treats patients with cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes, and age related eye diseases. She performs cataract surgery and various cornea procedures, including corneal transplants and endothelial keratoplasty. She has performed over 2,000 cataract surgeries. Dr. Krespan grew up in Lancaster, PA. She graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a major in biology and minor in Spanish.
She graduated cum laude from Jefferson Medical College and was inducted as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society.
Dr. Krespan completed a Transitional Year internship at Crozer before her ophthalmology residency at Georgetown University. She completed her Cornea fellowship at The Ohio State University’s Havener Eye Institute.
Dr. Krespan is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, American Medical Association, and Women in Ophthalmology. She enjoys art, jogging, and discovering new restaurants in her free time.
