Scheduling Policy
We make every effort to provide prompt medical care to all of our patients. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance. Failure to let us know 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 fee. A patient will be considered a no show if they:
- Miss an appointment without telling us.
- Miss an appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
A no show will generate a $50 fee and three no shows may require that you seek your medical care elsewhere. In the event that you have a special circumstance regarding your missed appointment, please contact our office manager. We understand that there may be issues beyond your control and want to be understanding of special circumstances.
If you are delayed and cannot make an appointment on time, please call to advise us of your situation and provide an estimated time of arrival. Any significant delay may require the visit to be rescheduled.
If you are scheduled on an emergent basis, please understand that there are patients who have scheduled appointments, and you will be seen at the next available time slot.
Payment Information
Copays and exam fees are due at the time of appointment. We accept cash, checks and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay your balance online here or at the “Online Payment” button at the top of the screen.
Insurance Information
We accept a number of medical insurances, including (but not limited to) Medicare, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Personal Choice, Keystone 65 and Keystone Health Plan East, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Cigna PPO. If your medical insurance requires a referral, it is the policyholder’s responsibility to obtain a referral from their primary care physician. For your routine vision appointments we accept vision insurances, including VSP, Eyemed, Davis Vision, and Superior Vision. Please give us a call to ask if your insurance is not on that list!

Courtesy Policy
We strive to provide the best medical care for our patients. While we make every effort to provide prompt on-time service, the healthcare needs of each individual do not necessarily lend themselves to an exact schedule. We also accept emergency patients throughout the day. We therefore appreciate your understanding and patience. If you have any suggestion or complaint for our office, please let us know. Angry or foul language directed to our staff regardless of the issues involved will absolutely not be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate dismissal from our practice.

Dr. Jahnle and Dr. Krespan perform surgery at the DelVal ASC- The Eye Surgery Center, located in Wayne, PA.
They are also affiliated with the Crozer-Keystone Surgery Center at Haverford in Havertown, PA.
Dr. Jahnle and Dr. Krespan are on the medical staff of Riddle Hospital.

For emergencies, please call our office number. If your emergency happens after hours, your call will be forwarded an answering service who will contact the doctor.
