I have been to the office several times for myself. I have seen Dr. Krespan and I have been more than happy with her expertise. Today, however, I tried to make an emergency appointment for my husband who really needed to be seen today. After waiting a good ten minutes, mostly on hold, trying to request an Emergency appointment with any of the doctors at any location, I was told sorry, tomorrow is the earliest he could be seen. Seriously???? for an emergency for an eye issue? Yes, he could go to hospital emergency room, but we all know what a process that is, and emergency rooms routinely will send you to eye specialist anyway. You don’t mess with your eyes. So much for their so called emergency service. Very, Very disappointed!!!!!

All establishment should be operated like Jahnle Eye Associates. Public & Private. Every member of this organization are friendly, highly qualified and efficient. From the appointment person, to the registration arrival person, to the preliminary eye examination staff member, all are excellent. Doctor Kelly Krespan performs a complete, thorough and comprehensive eye examination. Anyone experiencing issues concerning their vision, should really consider this outstanding medical facility.

Very thorough. Took the time to explain the testing and potential eye disorders for patients in my age group. Found him to also be very personable.
