fantastic office staff and doctor ty

My first appointment was a long wait it was for 2pm, arrived early enough to give medical information, and wasn’t seen by the Dr. until 2:38pm. I also gave a concern of sand being in my tear duct corner of my eyes, I do remove it with my finger and it takes a few moments, the Dr. addressed this with a question, do you use drops, I said no, the Dr. never addressed this again. I was still concerned so I called early on 2-19-24 to speak with Dr. Saucedo, left a message for the Dr. to call I waited all day, and your office closes at 8pm and did not receive a call. I am also trying to open a portal to see my chart, but I am having trouble doing this please send again away I can open a portal. If I would recommend your practice to some one, I would suggest they be prepared for a long wait. If I do not see a email with a way to open a portal I will know that this info was not read.

Friendly environment, efficient office flow. Over all great experience.
