I received a VERY thorough eye exam. Results were explained in clear English. It was a very professional and pleasant environment.

I called into the office mid morning on a Monday with the hope of being seen that day for an eyelid issue. I was put on their schedule at 1:20 that afternoon. After I checked in, I was called back in a timely manner. The process was seamless without any issues. My appointment was very smooth as the team works in sync rather well. Was given a diagnosis and everything was explained in a clear manner. I was asked if I need any clarification, which I didn’t, but I am certain if it was needed I would have been given as much time as necessary. EDIT: I have since left this practice as the Dr I saw left and I was not pleased with the Dr I was assigned.

Dr. Meckel is terrific. Very quick, thorough, and explains everything in terms that most folks would understand. The rest of the staff were pleasant, efficient, and helpful. The office is newly expanded and quite nice. All good.
