I’m not happy with the Jahnle communications. Overall the people that I dealt with were very nice, especially the doctor but not happy about being billed for something I did not ask for. They asked me at the desk about some type of eye exam that cost extra and I said I would pass on that. Not knowing what this test was I’m told they did that test so now are billing me for it. I just came back to Jahnle so I may now be going somewhere else next time. Update: I’m changing my rating from 2 to 5 after calling their office and they did a few things good companies do. The person I spoke with was super nice and explained things in detail very clearly. She also followed up with the Doctors and discussed the problem with them. They are going to adjust my bill as well as a courtesy and resolve their communication problem. That’s how good companies do well and stay in business. Great job!

Wonderful Wonderful !!! Dr. Roat was the Best I have ever went too. He did my eyes so Good and explained All he was Doing and Why. I never felt any pain no matter what he was doing. Felt Very Relaxed and Comfortable. All the Employees were Very Nice Too!!!

My first visit with Dr. Zachary was for an eye problem. He came in the exam room and introduced himself. He was personable, knowledgeable, nice and explained everything to me. He was excellent. Hannah the assistant was so nice and lovely. The reception girls out front are so friendly and make you feel welcome. This is a great office with excellent doctors and staff.

This was my first time seeing Dr Jahnle and his team. I was impressed by the professionalism shown by everyone in his office from the quick and friendly check-in, to the assistant who performed the initial checks, to Dr. Jahnle himself. The process was very thorough and Dr. Jahnle took the time to explain the results clearly. I will recommend him to family and friends.
