My visit with Jahnle Eye Associates was one of the most pleasant doctor experiences I have had in a long time. The staff went out of their way to be nice, friendly, caring and cooperative. We had a glitch where a different eye care provider hadn’t sent a copy of my medical records, and they got on the phone and made it happen within minutes. Everybody I interacted with was was wonderful. And the doctor took plenty of time with me to talk about details about my options for potential eye care down the road. They also gave me a referral I asked for. I emerged in a better mood than when I entered.

I needed a laser procedure recently – one eye at a time. Needless to say, I was nervous. I voiced my concerns to the staff and Dr. Jahnle. In return for speaking up, everyone went so far out of their way to reassure me and explain step by step what was happening. My procedure was under two minutes and everybody was so very kind and understanding. My vision was cleared in a very short time and yes, I will be returning for the second eye in a few weeks.
