This was my first experience with Jahnle Eye Associates. I was impressed from my check-in with the front desk through the entire visit, including my visit at the Optical Center. All of the staff were extremely welcoming, warm and caring. My visit with with Dr. Biletsky was especially warm, caring, thorough, and informative. He took his time with me and did not rush, but answered all of my questions and made me feel very at ease. This was my first appointment. The office staff were very friendly. I was seen right on time. The staff was courteous and professional. I made this appointment as another doctor told me I had all these eye problems. Dr Jahnle performed a very thorough exam and told me my eyes were very healthy although I have the beginnings of cataracts. I was certainly relieved. I will definitely come back. .
