I had an appointment schedule for 3:40 and i didn’t come in to see specialist at 4:35 pm, they allowed other patients to go in while I had to wait in waiting room. this is unpleasant. The front desk said sorry the doctor is not here yet. I find it weird since the doctor was in the backroom with other patients.

I was very impressed since the first step I walked in. The office is very nice, clean with a beautiful display. The staff at front desk tried to explain the exam and cost that I can choose. She offered me if I wanted to call someone for more advices or help making decisions. No rushing! I’m so surprised how kindness she was. Waiting time is about 10 minutes for examination. The examination staff is the best. She gave you good energy, smile, laugh and so petience! She is a great representative of the business. DR.BILETSKY is real professional, pleasant, cheery, kind, honest and petience! He took his time to explained , answered all my questions and gave me great advice. I’m Asian. My English is influenced but he helped, repeated the questions and answers 3-4 times to make sure I understand everything withoutany frustrating. I really appreciated!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR CARING. This practice gave me warm welcome like a friend and family! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
