The Dr showed great knowledge and interest in my scratched eye. He was very informative on my situation and even as new patient. I am looking to make this my regular eye care provider.

Worst front desk staff ever. Rude, unwilling to help and difficult. They called me with an issue with my insurance. The rude girl on the phone was not willing to explain in regular terms what the issue was. Then she said that she could figure it out for me but it would take her “a lot of time” so I needed to figure it out on my own. The doctors have always been good here but you have to deal with the rude difficult staff. Not worth it at all.

I recently broke my glasses and was able to get an appointment within the week at the Riddle Office. I saw a different doctor than I normally do, but the quality of care was the same.

Prompt, friendly, all around terrific care given from the moment I walked in until the end of my appointment.
