Dr Jahnle’s practice is excellent: reliable, friendly, competent. And Dr Krespan, who has been with them for three years, is a fine edition to the team.

All of the staff at Jahnle Eye are always friendly and professional. As usual, once checked in, the technician saw me promptly, performed appropriate tests, and reviewed my last visit and why I was in the office today. Dr. Jahnle came in a few minutes later, and explained in greater detail about my current status. He asked lots of questions about me, and made his recommendations and purpose of the next visit/exam. All of these discussions were recorded, and sent to me in a follow up email along with the next scheduled appointment.

I have had my eyes refracted by many, many optometrists and this was the best experience I have ever had.

Staff is nice but the practice in my opinion is giant sales pitch. They charge $50 to image the back of your eye vs traditional eye dilation. I opted to save $50 and my eyes were dilated for over eight hours which led to a migraine 🙁 my previous eye doctor dilated my eyes all the time and this never happened. Then I was told I needed to be fitted for contacts even though I’ve been wearing the same contacts for years. They told me I couldn’t get a prescription for my contact lenses unless I did the fitting. Isn’t the purpose of an eye exam to tell you what strength prescription you need to see 20/20? Does it matter if the script is for glasses or contacts? Bottom line should be you pay for the exam and the result. But they want to charge you twice for the result. They also informed me without the contact lens fitting they could not recommend a reading glass strength to wear on top of my contacts. The reading glasses have nothing to do with the fit of my lenses. Don’t even get me started on their pricing for contact lenses and frames! Save $ and sanity. Go elsewhere!

Professional, thorough and the minute you walk in you feel welcomed!!! Staff was so friendly and kind. I left another Eye Doctor because his receptionists were so rude and incompetent!! Changing to Jahnle Eye has been a wonderful experience!!
