When I made this appointment, I asked to see Dr Krispin. Was immediately told there was an opening the next day. BUT when I got there I was told “Dr Krispin won’t be in. Then I saw Edward Markel ,OD instead. He was totally great- thorough and explained everything very well Just wasn’t happy with the feeling of “Bait and Switch”
