The front end woman was fabulous as well as the doctor himself. However, the tech was kind of rude. Maybe she was having an off day but she is in the customer service industry and needs to be nicer. Speak directly to people.

Excellent customer service and care

It was a very professional visit and got a detailed explanation of what was wrong with my eyes. Unfortunately I have to have surgery but I felt confident that I will get a v ery professional and quality treatment and correct my vision. Explained everything and even told me hey about negative outcomes is always that possibility. They were very honest and explained. I think all aspects of what I need done the appointment was not rushed. Also, she spent all the time it was needed to evaluate my vision. Very pleased. Hope the surgery goes good too when I get it done
