I was able to get an appointment quickly. Dr. Roat was so nice. He explained everything as he was doing the examination. He spent a good amount of time with me. He answered all my questions. I would highly recommend!

I arrived early, anticipating to fill out forms because I was a new patient. To my surprise, I only had to sign one form the staff there are wonderful very helpful and can answer any questions. I had the doctor was very thorough with my appointment. Answered all my questions and I never felt rushed with my appointment. I knew I would have to get new glasses and they provide a shop for you to get new glasses.. That was a whole new experience very comfortable. The lady was very knowledgeable and the glasses what I would need for frames and what she could order for me. We had the special order the frames because I needed a bigger size than what they had, they explained how long it would be till they would be in and what I would have to do so they could be sent back out for the lenses I would say overall, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had getting glasses having my eyes looked at, and I’m looking forward to going back and picking up my glasses. I’ve already made my next year‘s appointment. I will be definitely recommending to practice to my friends and family.
