I called into the office mid morning on a Monday with the hope of being seen that day for an eyelid issue. I was put on their schedule at 1:20 that afternoon. After I checked in, I was called back in a timely manner. The process was seamless without any issues. My appointment was very smooth as the team works in sync rather well. Was given a diagnosis and everything was explained in a clear manner. I was asked if I need any clarification, which I didn’t, but I am certain if it was needed I would have been given as much time as necessary. EDIT: I have since left this practice as the Dr I saw left and I was not pleased with the Dr I was assigned.
