A perfect example of a team of medical professionals that have zero consideration for their patients’ time. They will keep you waiting for 30 minutes past your appointment time in a very bright and loud waiting area that’s bombarded with numerous secretaries making and taking phone calls. Once you finally get called back, the tech spends 30 minutes chatting BEFORE putting in the dilating drops, so then you have to wait another 30 minutes for those to work for your exam. During my exam Dr. Kestenberg was extremely dismissive of my concerns. Then after your exam you have to make an additional appointment for glaucoma testing, which then takes them over 2 weeks to report the results. I would not recommend this place if you value your time, nor will I be returning.

Kelly Krespan was referred to me by a friend and is a real blessing: knowledgeable, patient, and calm. Every eye condition I have had in the last three years she has diagnosed quickly and accurately, with confirmation from the specialists I have seen since. She recommends what’s best for the patient, even if it’s care outside of this practice. Moreover, I never feel rushed despite asking tons of questions at in-person appointments and by portal. I’ve recommended other people to the practice; my parent now goes to her after a problematic experience at another practice.
