I’ve been going to Dr. Roat for over 6 years. He’s always caring and friendly, as is the entire staff at Jahnle. Dr. Roat explains everything very thoroughly. On my first visit, he explained some of the history of eye care–very informative and interesting.

Hello, everyone. Just left Jahnle eye associates and they really have poor medical assistance and business practices and would avoid them. The medical assistant told me she would call me to remind me of my appointment because my appointment was two months out and never received a reminder and they wouldn’t take me for my new appointment when I went to the office. She said I owe fifty bucks for her poor excuse for a medical assistant. Just poor business practices.
