This was my first visit with Dr. Krespan and I was very impressed with her professionalism and patience in addressing my concerns and questions. I never felt rushed and she provided a detailed and understandable explanation of my symptoms. In fact, the entire office is pleasant, from the front desk to the doctors’ assistants. Dr Krespan is the best. I’ve been going to her for my regular check ups for 5 years and she has always been very professional, easy to talk to, and explains all results The other staff are friendly and my appointments are always timely. Dr Krespan just performed cataract surgery on my left eye and I’m glad I chose her. Everything went great and Dr Krespan answered all my questions at the follow up appointment. My right eye is scheduled in three weeks. I highly recommend her and her staff.

The entire office is helpful and efficient. However, buying glasses here at what they charge and then not being able to get script correct is costly as a patient. I had a recheck after getting progressive lens. My doctor was patient and kind. Followed her suggestion to continue wearing and she then called me. They still weren’t correct, so we changed from progressive to bifocals that were worse. They looked like old lady glasses with very large noticeable lens, and they too did not work well for me. When I asked how to get these correct once and for all I was told I would have to then pay FULL PRICE for the third correction. Buying glasses here is already overpriced and quite expensive. Even with my $300 insurance allotment and choosing a lower priced pair of glasses I still had to pay out of pocket. What I finally end up doing is sending my glasses away to have the lens replaced (sorry I didn’t do this from the get-go) to an online lab. It ended up costing me $129 and when they arrived within two weeks, they were PERFECT right out of the box. This leads me to think two things that Jahnle does not use a high-quality lab for lenses and that telling a long time customer that they need to pay full price for a correction after having two failed lens adjustments is unacceptable. All said and done these glasses end up costing me over $500. As a senior citizen this is a lot of money. The mark up in optical shops is through the roof. Do yourself a favor and send your prescription away and save some money. I probably will not return for future eye appointments for this reason. I reached out and no one has contacted me. Hence, this review.
