I met Dr. Mekel in January 2026 for the first time. I have been to see Dr. Jahnle a few years before, but broke my frames and had to work on getting new ones immediately. I found him to be pleasant, thorough and detailed in what he was doing. Surprise, I have cataracts which was no surprise, but he explained everything. His assistant was also great. When it was time to look for frames, the girl looked at my old pair and knew exactly what I was looking for and was very patient with me even though I kept changing colors. The entire staff are so friendly and helpful, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
