Great experience from start to finish. The receptionist was very helpful with scheduling and the doctor was professional and friendly.

I went as a new patient and was very pleased with the pleasant demeanor of the staff, the thorough nature of the exam, and the explanations of procedures and results given by both Dr. Jahnle’s assistant and Dr. Jahnle. It was a very positive experience -I highly recommend to anyone seeking a new opthomology practice.

Ordered glasses RayBans waited a month and 10 days for them I asked if I could be compensated for my long wait and the lady said there will be no compensation for waiting so long for them I will never go back there again either to the exam or to the glasses either very disappointed

Maybe she was having a bad day but I came in and I had pink eye in both eyes and was not willing to help just said I was very contagious I new I had pink eye and she confirmed it but said buy something over the counter then I called back and someone returned my call and I bought what the women told me to buy and it cleared it right up so in the mean time I canceled my obligations when if she gave me this drop in office I would have been fine and felt better Sorry but she was very unprofessional never go back there again I’ll pick my glasses up that I have waited for for a month and never go back again Thank you
