I’ve long since lost count of how many years the Jahnle practice has been caring for my husband’s and my eyes, but we are 78 now, and it has been a long time! I was there yesterday for an annual visit. Although one is usually not kept waiting, yesterday was an exception, and it gave me time to observe and listen to the office staff. Wow. Unfailing friendliness. Unfailing professional approaches. Unfailing cheerfulness. One staff woman was on the phone with someone calling with an eye problem. The call must have lasted for 15 minutes, and I could tell the person on the line was neither friendly nor cheerful. But the staff woman was extremely patient with the caller, certainly much more so than most of us would have been. She repeatedly answered the same questions over and over, calmly, and with not a hint of irritation, trying to thoroughly understand what the caller’s situation was and what the practice could do for him or her. I thought to myself, “That call sums up what it is like to deal with Dr. Jahnle and his entire staff.” If you want to be treated with patience, kindness, and understanding, this is the place for you. You will receive thorough, understandable explanations and instructions, and you will know that this is a practice that can be trusted. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am very pleased with the result of my cataract surgery. Since I was successful wearing monovision contact lenses, Dr. Jahnle recommended I choose the monovision lenses for replacement. It has been two years and I am still pleased with the lenses and do not need to wear glasses! During my recent annual visit everyone in the office was professional, pleasant and courteous. Dr. Jahnle did a thorough examine and took the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend Jahnle eye associates.

Always have a good visit and the doctors take the time to answer questions. They really value you as a patient and never rush you out.
