I initially went to see Dr. Krespan in July 2022 for eye floaters. Her examination was thorough. Her explanation of my condition was explained thoroughly. She advised me what things might occur that may be more serious and indicative of a detached retina, etc. and to call immediately for an appointment if I see any of them. Dr. Krespan is very pleasant. I was seen timely on every visit. Follow-up appointments were scheduled initially for 3 months and 6 months and then 1 year unless a problem arose then I should call to come in sooner. Very happy with the care I received from Dr. Krespan and her staff.

Went in for an eye exam back in April, staff was polite. Don’t recommend ordering glasses from them, since even after confirming my phone number with the sales person, they decided to call and leave a message with a random number (that I’ve never been associated with ever) back in May to tell me my glasses came in. I was told due to manufacturing delays, it could take 6-8 weeks for my glasses to come in, which is why I waited patiently for my call that never came. I finally call in July to see where my glasses are, they told me had to call me back, then they called back and told me my glasses were there 2 months ago, and stated that they just called a random phone number once instead of mine (I’ve had same number one had for 20 years and they didn’t call that one) and couldn’t explain why they had this number on my account. But I could schedule an appointment in several days to pick up my glasses, which was even more of an inconvenience. After I made my anger about this entire process clear, I was told that I could just pick up my glasses at the front desk that day. Well, I got my glasses. There’s something wrong with the lenses, and since they’re not returnable, I’m now out over $400 for my entire ordeal and have to go find somewhere else to go to get new glasses that I can actually see out of. Thanks for wasting 3 months and hundreds of my dollars. Save yourself money and don’t bother going here.
