I have been a patient with this practice for years. Somehow every year, without fail, I come across an issue. Either they send my glasses to the wrong location so I end up wasting my time and gas trying to pick up my glasses/contacts that aren’t there or I have had my glasses come in broken so I have to wait longer to receive them. Every year it’s another issue and i’m sick of it. The receptionists always have some sort of snotty attitude even when there is no need for one. I have no complaints about the doctor I see, it’s just the staff around him that have caused me to leave and go see someone else.
