Jahnle Eye Associates is the most efficiently run practice I have ever visited! Everyone I came in contact with on my visit was exceptional!

Horrible experience. First time I went, waited an hour and a half to be seen. Thought it was just a bad day so I got over it. Second time, they’d listed me as having medical appt even though I’d just had one 6 months ago. I was there for a regular eye exam. So guess what? They tried to reschedule me FOR A WEEK LATER. Absolutely no respect for a customers time. This seems to be a trend with eye docs nowadays. SMH.

No wait time, efficient and friendly, answered all questions and helped me with my health issue.

The Optometrist was very knowledgeable. I raved so much about the Jahnle Eye Associates that I am making an appointment for my Sister and I to have our yearly Eye exams tomorrow.Staff very friendly too.

I have been going to this practice since I first needed glasses. The staff is wonderful; last time I was there I did not have my vision insurance info with me, and the staff went the extra mile to call and get the info so they could submit my claim. Dr. Mekel is wonderful; he’s kind and patient and takes the time to answer all your questions and explain everything he’s doing. I definitely recommend this practice.
