Hello, everyone. Just left Jahnle eye associates and they really have poor medical assistance and business practices and would avoid them. The medical assistant told me she would call me to remind me of my appointment because my appointment was two months out and never received a reminder and they wouldn’t take me for my new appointment when I went to the office. She said I owe fifty bucks for her poor excuse for a medical assistant. Just poor business practices.

The staff is knowledgeable and very professional.

The staff were professional in addressing my 98 yr old mother and took the time to guide her through the experience. The appointment time was kept and both the doctor who sees her and the assistant were professional in every way.

Dr Jahnle is very good. Excellent communication and thorough examination.
