Dr. Mekel is terrific! I have been going to him for years. I made the mistake of trying to find an eye doctor closer to my house. What a mistake! Dr Mekel is incredibly thorough and very friendly. Highly recommend him!

Dr. was very professional and thorough. Front desk experience disappointing. When I arrived the receptionist was sitting on the other side of the office space from the check in desk. She did not acknowledge me or even appear to know I was there. So I took a seat in the waiting room. 5 mins later she turned around and asked me if I had checked in. I said no because there was no one at the desk. She didn’t answer me and continued doing what she was doing. 10 mins later she asked me if I was there to see the doctor. If so, I needed to walk to the far side of the desk and check in with her. Very poor communication skills, not educated in dealing with customers. Leaves a very poor first impression of the practice.

Prompt and thorough. Dr. Enarisai was very professional and had a good bedside manner. I’m not comfortable with the pressure test and she handled it so well it was done before I knew it.

My parents recommended Dr. Jahnle many years ago and I’ve always had the best eye care experience at Jahnle Eye. From the first staff you encounter to when you are checking in, you’ll find they are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Jahnle is 100% patient oriented and will explain any care and treatment that is recommended. The doctors and other eye experts are all top notch and use state of the art equipment in the eye exams. You can also browse, select and be fitted for your new eye-wear on site. I can’t say enough good things about Jahnle Eye Associates. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr Jahnle and the staff of technicians are top notch however the office staff at the havertown office lack social skills when greeting patients no hello just” Name and you have a balance ” I understand it’s a business but a hello would go a long way I also overheard complaining coming from all 4 of them about patients and bosses not very professional if it wasn’t for Dr Jahnle and Adam his assistant i would go elsewhere
