Had a great experience at Jahnle Eye Associates with Dr. Tlumak. He was kind, professional, and explained everything clearly. The office, as well as everyone I interacted with from the front desk staff to the assistants and Dr. Tlumak, were great! Highly recommend!

Dr. was fine but overall experience was HORRIBLE!!! Extremely rude front desk people. Person doing the eye glasses was even worse. Spent my entire appointment on the phone. I wound up getting up and walking out without glasses. You require appointment to find glasses you should require they give you attention instead of talking on the phone. Place was a mess. Plastic containers with glasses laying around while they were sorting things and housecleaning. This should not be done during patient appointments. After 20+ years, think of going elsewhere!!

Great experience with Zach! He was really good at explaining in easy to understand terms. I feel very well taken care of with this practice and I’m happy to be managing my eye health with Zach and team!

Schedules patients to close together. Waited 30 minutes before called for appointment.
