great follow-up care after a Christmas Day visit to the eye ER

I recently visited Jahnle Eye and my comments below are still valid. Dr Jahnle and his entire staff are outstanding and rate a 5 star out of 5, exceeding all my expectations, as they always do. The entire staff of Doctors, technicians, nurses and opticians are outstanding in their expertise and work ethic. I was there on two occasions recently and Pam did my OTC and VF scans. She was not only very knowledgeable and proficient, she really cared about my concerns and issues. In the optical department Barbara D was also very proficient in her optics knowledge and also showed a really concern about my well being and satisfaction. Both Pam and Barbara should be recognized for their work ethic (something is that hard to find these days). It goes without saying that Dr Jahnle is an excellent physician, he is professional and proficient and answered all my questions and concerns. They all should be recognized and congratulated for their performance. They all rate a 5 stars out of 5 for this visit and exceeded all my expectations. Dr. Tlumak was super–very thorough with the exam, very detailed in his explanations. I am confident that I got the best care.

Dr. Jahnle is very knowledgeable and explains things well. However, I think waiting 20 minutes past your appointment time to finally be seen is too much.

On time, efficient, knowledgeable staff. Dr. Jahnle was also on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful, answering all of my questions.
