Dr. was professional and informative. However I sat in exam room for 45 minutes after receiving drops. No one came in to let me know that the doctor was held up. That should be the procedure. I’m glad she took the time with the other patient but don’t ignore the next one. I do believe they overbook patients as a rule.

Hanna was thoroughly kind and thorough, explaining each exam, with much encouragement! It was a relief to be treated by professionals with genuine kindness, sensitive to my specific concerns!
