I called into the office mid morning on a Monday with the hope of being seen that day for an eyelid issue. I was put on their schedule at 1:20 that afternoon. After I checked in, I was called back in a timely manner. The process was seamless without any issues. My appointment was very smooth as the team works in sync rather well. Was given a diagnosis and everything was explained in a clear manner. I was asked if I need any clarification, which I didn’t, but I am certain if it was needed I would have been given as much time as necessary. EDIT: I have since left this practice as the Dr I saw left and I was not pleased with the Dr I was assigned.

First off I’ve not to an eye doctor in 25 years. I woke with what I thought to be broken blood vessel in left eye. I was going to take myself to an urgent care until a friend recommended to call your office. To my surprise I got an appointment the next day. I was thoroughly impressed on no wait time once in the office, I saw Dr Roat who was very kind. He was patient, thorough and answered all of my questions with such knowledge. Happy to be relieved that I have an eye doctors office that I will continue to see. In fact I’ve scheduled two follow up visits and plan on switching my 14yo from his pedo office in media to your practice. Thank you!
