Very caring and courteous

Waiting to see my doctor was way to long. I would like to know why I had to wait to be seen my appointment was for 3:40 and did not get seen until 5:00. Why ? Not right since I left work early to be on time?

Great experience from reception through the exam Dr. Mekel was very thorough and friendly and took the time to answer my questions
