Dr Jahnle and the staff of technicians are top notch however the office staff at the havertown office lack social skills when greeting patients no hello just” Name and you have a balance ” I understand it’s a business but a hello would go a long way I also overheard complaining coming from all 4 of them about patients and bosses not very professional if it wasn’t for Dr Jahnle and Adam his assistant i would go elsewhere

I was very pleased with everything about this visit. The office is very spacious ,my wait was not long and Dr. Roat was thorough. Dr. Roat told me what medication to get but also let me know I did have to get the name brand.

What a great experience. I am a very infrequent eye patient, and I had not gone for about 8 years. The office was great to work with. Michelle, the medical assistant who ushered me in and did the initial analysis was truly wonderful. She explained everything that was about to happen and made me feel at ease. Dr. Jahnle was great and also took the time to explain what he was finding during the exam. Highly and enthusiastically recommend this practice. 10 stars on a scale of five!

The timing was very efficient, people are friendly and professional, my exam was extremely thorough and all of my concerns were addressed in a way that was understandable. Thank you!
