My first appointment was a long wait it was for 2pm, arrived early enough to give medical information, and wasn’t seen by the Dr. until 2:38pm. I also gave a concern of sand being in my tear duct corner of my eyes, I do remove it with my finger and it takes a few moments, the Dr. addressed this with a question, do you use drops, I said no, the Dr. never addressed this again. I was still concerned so I called early on 2-19-24 to speak with Dr. Saucedo, left a message for the Dr. to call I waited all day, and your office closes at 8pm and did not receive a call. I am also trying to open a portal to see my chart, but I am having trouble doing this please send again away I can open a portal. If I would recommend your practice to some one, I would suggest they be prepared for a long wait. If I do not see a email with a way to open a portal I will know that this info was not read.

Friendly environment, efficient office flow. Over all great experience.

The office staff are very courteous and helpful. Dr Krespan took her time to talk to me and answer my questions – I never felt rushed.

I just had to switch eye doctors and I am very pleased and happy that I found Dr. Jahnle! All of the staff there were friendly and Dr. Jahnle explained everything about my eye exam.
