I really liked Dr. Mekel. He seems to care, and takes his time to explain if you have any questions. One thing that I don’t like with many eye doctors is how I get rushed when they switch lenses, asking which is better, and I often feel their impatience if I take an extra second to think about it. But Dr. Mekel did not give me the impression that he was rushing me through it. I appreciated this so much!

Long time patient. Rather complicated medical situation here. Have great faith in the expertise of this physician. His relationship with patients (my wife and family and me) is top notch.
